TvL+D creates freely and live improvised soundscapes. The absence of instrumental hierarchy leads to a free form of communication. In a strong interaction sounds and pulses from all instruments mix into a new sonic unity within a large dynamic spectrum, sometimes evoking a contemplative and ambient atmosphere, sometimes resulting in high density eruptions.

In this new album ‘A+T+E+M’, recorded in a January 2020 session, TvL+D shows a further exploration of open and synergistic interplay.

TvL+D is mainly working and recording in a concrete bunker. The acoustical room characteristics are used to create a natural and spatial sound quality in which electronic and acoustic sounds blend organically. The more classical way of recording is according to the raw non-digital working-process of the band.
